Welcome to MayGirl Designs. By placing an order with us, through our website, by email, or in person, you agree to the terms below. They exist to keep expectations clear on both sides so we can focus on making you something great.

1. About Us

MayGirl Designs is a custom laser engraving and personalized gift studio based in Welland, Ontario, serving customers across the Niagara Region and beyond.

2. Custom and Personalized Orders

Most of our products are made to order and personalized for you. For custom work, we provide a design proof before production begins. Please review proofs carefully: once you approve a proof, you accept responsibility for the accuracy of all names, dates, spelling, numbers and artwork shown. Items produced to match an approved proof are considered correct as ordered.

3. Payment

Because custom and personalized items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold, full payment is required before production begins. For team, league and corporate orders, invoicing is available on request; production starts once payment is received.

4. Turnaround and Delivery

Our typical turnaround for custom orders is 3 to 5 business days from proof approval, though this can vary with order size and season. For banquets, tournaments and events, we recommend ordering at least 3 weeks ahead. Turnaround estimates are made in good faith but are not a guarantee of a specific delivery date. We offer local pickup and delivery within the Niagara Region; any shipping arrangements will be confirmed with your order.

5. Returns and Refunds

Personalized and custom-made items are final sale, except where an item is defective or does not match its approved proof. In those cases we will remake or refund the item. Full details are in our Refund and Returns Policy.

6. Artwork and Intellectual Property

When you send us a logo, image or design, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that our reproduction of it for your order does not infringe anyone else’s rights. Design work we create remains ours until your order is paid in full. We may photograph finished pieces for our portfolio and social media; if you would prefer your order not be shared, just let us know before pickup or delivery.

7. Team, League and Corporate Orders

Bulk pricing, quotes and proofs for team and corporate orders are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Roster details (names, numbers, positions) must be provided in writing; items produced from the roster you provide are considered correct as ordered.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as missed events or deadlines, though we will always do our best to get your order to you on time.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to your order at the time it is placed.
