All of our MayGirl designs are made-to-order specifically for you, as requested. Our promise to you is to stay in touch throughout the design process and no items will be printed without your approval. Therefore, once an order is printed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. These made-to-order designs are deemed final and are not eligible to be returned or refunded.

We pride ourselves on sourcing top quality products for our designs and, more importantly, for your little ones. All garments are carefully inspected and pre-washed using a gentle laundry detergent. With these measures in place, we do not expect anything less than perfect condition. That said, if you are not happy with your order, we would like to know about it and would welcome you contacting us using our contact form.
